This is one of our all time favorites and a recipe that’s easy to duplicate. In this version we introduce tantalizing new flavors to a now common party staple like “salsa.” Something about the salty feta and creamy avocado make “Our World Famous Avocado-Feta Salsa” addicting. This is California in a bowl, summer style. Fresh herbs and tangy red wine vinegar compliment this dish to the fullest. Clean, creamy and tangy. Great as a classic dip or as an amazing garnish to fish, grilled chicken or any sort of taco. Cheers to easy summer living!
- 2 plum tomatoes-chopped
- 1/4 cups red onion-chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh oregano-chopped
- 1 tablespoon cilantro-chopped
- 1 tablespoon parsley-chopped
- 4 oz. feta cheese-crumbled (add last)
- 2 avocados-chopped
- 1 clove garlic-minced
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- Dash of lime juice
Combine and refrigerate for at least 2 hours
