Our World Famous Avocado-Feta Salsa

WC8Or71o13c29313138393C8Or71oq_1375862741 This is one of our all time favorites and a recipe that's easy to duplicate.  In this version we introduce tantalizing new flavors to a now common party staple like "salsa."  Something about the salty feta and creamy avocado make "Our World Famous Avocado-Feta Salsa" addicting.  This is California in a bowl, summer style.  Fresh herbs and tangy red wine vinegar compliment this dish to the fullest.  Clean, creamy and tangy.  Great as a classic dip or as an amazing garnish to fish, grilled chicken or any sort of taco.   Cheers to easy summer living! Ingredients:

  • 2 plum tomatoes-chopped
  • 1/4 cups red onion-chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh oregano-chopped
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro-chopped
  • 1 tablespoon parsley-chopped
  • 4 oz. feta cheese-crumbled (add last)
  • 2 avocados-chopped
  • 1 clove garlic-minced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • Dash of lime juice
Combine and refrigerate for at least 2 hours
