All of our Proposals are custom designed for your event. After a preliminary conversation about your catering questions with an event specialist, we will prepare your proposal taking into account the occasion, the season, the venue and your style. A variety of factors affect the price, such as menu choices, number of guests, length of the event, style of service and the venue.
In the catering industry there are a variety of ways to present a bid to a client. While no one intentionally tries to mislead a client, it is important to verify that when receiving bids from two or more companies that you are comparing “apples to apples” by requesting the same information from all. This way you know you’ve gotten all of your event or catering questions answered accurately.
As a full service caterer, we can handle all of the details of your event including staffing, equipment rental, styling & design, beverage service, entertainment and valet.

We do book events a year or more in advance and can accept short notice jobs depending on availability. Of course, the further in advance you book your event the better we can assist you with your needs. We can produce several events on the same day, but always mindful to deliver a seamless event.
