Jon essentially grew up with Crown Point Catering, working in high school and summers home from The University of Arizona. Aside from inheriting Vicki's sound business practices and good-naturedness, he also acquired a thirst for travel and experiencing new cultures. While in college he worked as a Chef at an exclusive Northern California Ranch for 6 seasons and during the brutal 2008 fire season served as Lead Chef at a Spike Camp for 200 firefighters. Jon continues his hospitality craft working front of house, back of house and behind the bar, but additionally is a key player in the office - spearheading our in-house beverage service program, mastering the Caterease program to better serve our clients and consistently amazing us with his brilliant one-liners!
